Sweet gifts from Sazhinskiy Confectionary for the tournament winners of Voronezh Federation of Hand-to hand Fighting

  In the sports complex "Sambo" (Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve -33) on 27 January there were held competitions in hand-to-hand fighting: Voronezh Region Championship among boys and girls of 10-17 years old and the Regional tournament on hand-to-hand fighting for boys of 8-9 years dedicated to the 75th anniversary of liberation Voronezh from the Nazi invaders.

  Young sportsmen from Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Orel and Tambov regions took part in the competition. There were 110 athletes totally. Competitions were held on two judo mats and among the participants were as both eminent, experienced athletes, and the beginners.

  The first place was taken by the team of the Oryol region, the second – by the sports club "Spartanets" (p.Khokholsky, Voronezh region), the third result was awarded to the team of the Tambov region.

  The winners were awarded with the diplomas and medals, and the Voronezh regional public organization "Hand-to-hand fighting federation" handed the cups to the athletes. Sazhinsky Confectionary congratulated the team by presenting exclusive sweet prizes: gingerbread cookies fifty and seventy centimeters in diameter, as well as sets of gingerbread with artistic painting and decor. The champions were very happy with the prizes. The Chairman of the Board of the VROO Federation of Hand-to hand Fighting, Dyachenko Boris Vasilievich expressed his special gratitude to the Sazhinsky Confectionary in the person of General Director Sazhin Sergey Mikhailovich for his assistance and support in developing hand-to-hand fighting among the younger generation of the Voronezh Region.
