Sazhinskiy Confectionary – partner of the inclusive festival “We belong together”

  Inclusive festival “We belong together” started on 29 August 2018 in the Palace of Creative activities for youth and children (Voronezh). The organizers of the event were the All-Russian Society of Disabled People and the Administration of the Central District of Voronezh, with the assistance of the Nikitinskiy Theater the Palace of Creative activities for youth and children. The main theme of the festival this year was the availability of theater and concert events for people with disabilities.

  Irina Bezrukova, the famous actress of theater and cinema and public figure addressed the participants of the festival with the words of welcome and started the event. Her speech was followed by the performance of the Moscow Theater of Mimicry and Gesture for acoustically challenged people. The peculiarity of the Moscow theater performances is in the stagy expressiveness of the bright language of gestures and facial expressions, which replaced words for acoustically challenged people. The actors translated famous songs to sign language and showed mini-performances, bright dances and variety miniatures.

  In acknowledgement of unfailing activity for the benefit of people with disabilities, Sergey Mikhailovich Sazhin, General Director of Sazhinskiy Confectionery presented Irina Vladimirovna with a branded spice cake.

  On 1st September the festival "We belong together" moved to the Soviet Square. There were organized thematic grounds and a concert program. Sazhinskiy Confectionary also made a contribution to the celebration. The visitors were invited to taste popular, well-recognized products and the novelties of the assortment. It was especially cheerful for to celebrate the last day of the festival and the beginning of the academic year, the “Knowledge Day”. It pleased not only the guests of the festival, but all schoolchildren and their parents. Sazhinskiy Confectionary acted as a sponsor and provided sweet prizes for participants and winners of different contests held during the festival "We belong together."
