Is the way we lose weight right?

  We do wrong when we lose weight by depriving ourselves of sweets. Scientists have recently made a sensational conclusion: it is really necessary to have sweets when one is on a diet.

  It turns out that we were lied to by the dieting experts. It is not quite profitable for the manufacturers to produce healthy sweets. They are cheap and contain little sugar. Such healthy sweets are not addictive. That is why for a long time healthy sweets were changed for the harmful ones: marshmallow soufflé and khalva were made covered in chocolate; spice cakes were made with different fruit additives. Healthy sweets gone, substituted by harmful ones.

  The scientists proved that one can lose weight even eating pastry if this pastry are spice cakes.
