Spice cakes by Sazhinskiy Confectionary are put on National Certification System register!

   In April 2019, the production, and what is more important, the products of Sazhinskiy Confectionary confirmed the compliance with the high standards, in particular the requirements of GOST 15810-2014 «Confectionery products. Spice cakes. General technical specifications».  A large assortment of Sazhinskiy spice cakes is now listed in the national certification system of Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology. This gives the right to use the PCT mark, which stands for «Russian Standard», on the packaging of relevant products, thereby helping consumers make the right choice when buying confectionery products. The PCT mark on the packaging means that the product has passed the entire conformity assessment procedure in the GOST system.
The National Certification System (NCS), a system of voluntary certification, was established in accordance with the Order of Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology dated December 29, 2016. Certification in the NCS implies mandatory testing in an accredited laboratory. Tests of Sazhinskiy spice cakes were held in Voronezh and in Tula, the city that is famous for its gingerbread history. To get the right to label products with the conformity mark of the National        Certification System is not enough to pass tests once and get a certificate. Certification rules stipulate that control of the samples taken at the place of production or the place of sale can be carried out any time. But Sazhinskiy Confectonary is ready for any checks, and confident in the quality of its products.
