Continuous improvement

  Continuous education and advanced training of the personnel at all stages of its professional activity is one of the priorities of Sazhinskiy Confectionary managing team. Every year, the level of employees’ qualification increases not only through the training at the workplace, continuous self-education and visiting international exhibitions, but also through completing programs in educational institutions.

  Thus on 13 -15 February 2017 in Moscow the confectioners and employees of the laboratory of the enterprise completed the course "Modern equipment and technologies in confectionery production" in the form of the XI International Conference "Confectionery products of the XXI century". At the end of the course everyone received International Industrial Academy certificate.

  On 28 February and 1-2 March 2017, the technologists of the Confectionary upgraded their qualifications in the IX School of Food Technologists. The school was organized by the Moscow State University of Food Production and the Union of Food Ingredients manufacturers with the support of INGREDIENTS RUSSIA and in cooperation with the leading universities and research institutes of the food and food processing industry with the involvement of the largest specialists of the industry. After completing the program at the “School of Food Technologists" they received certificates of the Moscow State University of Food Production and the Institute for Advanced Training for the training program "Use of ingredients in the food industry."
