Sazhinskiy Confectionary at “Russian spice cake” Festival

   One of the brightest events for the confectionery manufacturers is the Festival “Russian spice cake” that was held in Moscow in the biggest Russian exhibition center - VDNH on May 14 to 16. It brought together more than 80 participants from all over Russia.

   The exhibitors and visitors of the festival got acquainted with the traditions of spice cake making, peculiarities of forms and recipes from different regions. New technologies of cooking and new equipment were also presented, numerous master classes on making and decorating traditional spice cakes from the best spice cake makers were held.

   The culmination of the festival was the competition "Spice cake is the landmark of Russia". The participants and the visitors could see real masterpieces of spice cake business, especially in the following nominations: "Souvenir spice cake", "Decorative element made of gingerbread dough themed “Spring mood", "Three-dimensional decorative element made of gingerbread dough themed "Spice cake country".

   The Cup and Diploma of the III degree in the nomination "Souvenir spice cake" was awarded to "Souvenir" and "Sunflowers" spice cakes produced by Sazhinskiy Confectionary.

   Experts in spice cake business from Sazhinskiy are passionate about their work and this recognition received confirms it one more time. This award will be an inspiration for new victories to the joy of Sazhinskiy products admirers.
